Help VERTICS. Sleeves for epicondylitis or tennis elbow and compartment syndrome?
During our various test and promotion campaigns, we met a lot of climbers with problems in the elbow and wrist area. All of them make do with kinesio tape, elbow orthoses or braces and other, sometimes self-invented aids. Inflammation is caused by the permanent load on the elbow joint, more precisely on the tendon insertions on the bone. How does muscle compression actually work?

There are VERTICS. Sleeves only in one length?
Yes, there is only one length in the respective sizes, size I is slightly shorter than II and III. You can spread the material evenly over the forearm and, if still too long, fold over the top edge. How should VERTICS. Sleeves to be washed?

How often and for how long can I use VERTICS. Wear sleeves?
You can use your VERTICS. Sleeves just before climbing, during climbing and afterwards. Wear yours VERTICS. Sleeves for 2-3 hours after climbing and the next day also another 2-3 hours to support regeneration! Don’t wear the sleeves when you’re sleeping.
